Clients benefit from my strengths in negotiation, communication, and tech-savvy marketing, which help maximize results and minimize stress. Beyond buying and selling, I help clients build wealth and create flexibility through real estate investments. 

My leadership experience—serving as VP of Member Services & Communication for Seattle King County REALTORS®, previous real estate office ownership, leading for over two decades, and coaching agents and teams—means I bring a high level of professionalism and insight to every interaction. 

Community matters to me, and I stay connected, serving as a Lunch Buddy Mentor at Redmond Elementary, a Board Member of the Kennydale Neighborhood Association, and a major investor and volunteer with our REALTOR® Association. 

I am happily married to the same spouse for over thirty years, with two grown daughters. I enjoy playing drums, guitar, singing, golf, hiking, and am passionate about bringing out the best in myself and others.
